These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tk999i ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services offered at tk999i. By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager or bet on tk999i, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

tk999i accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfers to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

All funds deposited into your tk999i account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. tk999i reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business days. tk999i does not charge processing fees on withdrawals under ৳100,000. tk999i is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, or banking institutions. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the user.

All bets and wagers placed on tk999i are final once confirmed. tk999i reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event that has already concluded, or placed as the result of a system malfunction. In the event of a void, the original stake is returned to the user's account balance.

For cricket betting and other sports markets, tk999i follows standard industry settlement rules. Pre-match odds are locked at the time of bet placement. Live in-play odds are subject to change in real time. tk999i is not liable for connectivity issues that prevent a user from cashing out or modifying a live bet.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the tk999i support team or other users via any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, nationality, or age during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Sharing account credentials, referring your own alternate accounts under a referral scheme, or colluding with other users to exploit promotions.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — tk999i will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the platform and close your account. Outstanding balances will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in effect at the time of account closure.
